Shipping & Payment Policies

Orders will be shipped out in full. Backordered products will be shipped out within 2 working days. If the order contains one or more items on backorder, the order will be shipped out within 2 working days. If you would like us to ship out the in-stock items first and separately from the backordered items, make sure to create multiple orders or contact us.

AntminerStore strives to deliver the best quality available on the market today. Needless to say, we want to make sure that these products are delivered to you safely and avoid damage. Therefore we make sure everything is packed properly with sufficient protective material and use a special parcel service that is fast and efficient and takes proper care.

We can deliver with any of the companies you want listed below:

  • DHL

If ordered before 00:00 CEST, package will be sent out the next working day. Price for delivery is Euro 80.

The incoterm for delivery to Non-EU countries is Delivery At Place (DAP), which means that the receiver will bear the customs taxes, duties and any other additional administrative costs regarding import.

There are known problems with customs for a select number of countries. Shipping to these countries will be at your own risk:

  • Iran
  • Afghanistan
  • Turkey
  • India

All miners ordered during the Chinese New Year will be handled and shipped at the end of the Chinese New Year festivities. This is due to the fact that Chinese Courier Services have public holidays. The Chinese Holiday festival will begin on the 25th of January and lasts until the 8th of February.

Due to the holidays our office is closed on the December 23 and from December 30st until January 2th.   
During this period replies to all emails are delayed.

Due to the holiday in Hong Kong there will be a slight delay in processing orders between the 5th of April and 13th of April. 
During this period backordered miners will most likely have a delay.

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Payments:


We accept Payments in a cryptocurrency. We accept payments in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether and other. The amount of cryptocurrency corresponding to the total balance of your placed order will be provided during checkout using the exchange rate of this cryptocurrency to EURO in real time.
